I am Creative Director at 20four, a digital brand agency based in London. I’ve been working in digital for the past twelve years, before this I worked on the brand and product side. During this time I have worked with a number of household names including Carphone Warehouse, Orange,Peugeot, Ralph Lauren, Budweiser, Armani, HSBC, Calvin Klein, Virgin, Storehouse and a number of startups, some of whom went onto greater things such as ByBox, and some who crashed and burned, no names mentioned.
One thing from all of this has been learning what makes brands work. The landscape has changed dramatically in the past ten years and at times it can be a roller coaster with companies having to constantly develop as their communication channels change. Perphaps the biggest of these has been social media, which I believe we are only just seeing the start of what will be a revolution in how both customers intract with brands and companies collaborate in the workplace.
